If you're looking for information, the best way to (originally) contact me is through a brief introductory email. Feel free to call, but I'm often chasing my two young daughters around throughout the day, and then I'm in sessions at night. Email is easiest since I can do it at off hours.
For new clients, the first step is to set-up a free consultation to get to know each other, go over all terms, etc... so email also allows me to reply with a list all of my upcoming availability. Thanks!

Thanks to Covid-19, the gym that I used to work out of in Melrose Park has permanently closed. Therefore, I'm currently training all of my athletes out of my (very well appointed) home gym in Carol Stream. Believe it or not, we're actually able to perform everything that we used to perform at my old commercial gym... although sprints, agility, and med ball throws are tough in the winter.
