Adam Brush... A Blog You Should Follow

A good buddy of mine, Adam Brush, is a trainer down in south Florida. He works out of the world famous Institute of Human Performance. Adam primarily works with baseball players and some of his clients include Yoenis Cespedes, Miguel Tejada, Ramon Hernandez, and Anibal Sanchez. Go say hello to him if you're ever in Boca Raton.
