Webster University Baseball #1 in Nation for Division III Baseball!

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of consulting the Webster University baseball team. Head Coach Bill Kurich and I were teammates in high school. My wife and I took a trip down to St. Louis and I spent the weekend addressing his players in regards to speed and overall performance training. Great to see the success they have had over the past few years!
