Sports Performance Talk 101
This two hour talk is a “CliffsNotes” version of what I believe every athlete should know for improving their performance and getting to the next level.
This content-rich talk is appropriate for athletes, parents, and coaches of all sports and would be appreciated by athletes that are high school sophomores and older.
Topics include:
- Improve Mental Habits and Achieve the “Zone” on a regular basis
- Utilize the power of Visualization
- Learn why there is no such thing as “Muscle Memory!”
- Learn how to put on lean muscle or lose fat and get noticed by scouts.
- Improve running form and speed
- Learn how to utilize agility and quickness drills so that they actually transfer to the field or court.
- AND MUCH, MUCH, MORE…
Although not required, it is highly recommended that parents and coaches attend with their athlete(s). Much of the success of the talk is dependent upon creating good habits and good habits are created by constantly reminding one when they engage in the negative habit.
Cost:
- $35 for the first Parent/Athlete/Coach
- $15 for each additional family member
